We will ship your order as fast as we possibly can. When your order ships, we will send you an email letting you know that it is in transit.

We perform an in-house quality check before packaging your order and getting it ready to be shipped. We will advise you when this has been shipped.

We stand by the quality of our products and we perform quality assurance tests before shipping them to our valued customers. Despite this we cannot always ensure a safe delivery. If your item arrives broken or with an issue, please contact us within 30 days and we will get back to you with a solution.

Our main office is located in Adelaide, South Australia, and we ship and process our orders from our warehouses which are based in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.

Orders can take from 6 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details.

If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from multiple warehouses, so you may receive more than one parcel for your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We accept exchanges or returns if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind regarding your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@cheekybabies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We provide a one year warranty on all products, as we are confident that they adhere to our high-quality standards and are free from manufacturing defects.

Our warranty covers any product fault or failure that doesn't involve human error, misuse, or failure to follow handling instructions.

Protection includes:

• The product arriving damaged or defective. This includes faults with manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Failure of the product due to improper use (failure to follow usage instructions).
• Failure or damage caused by incorrect set-up of the product or incorrect power supply.
• Any failure or damage caused by dropping, impact, or water damage.
• Any scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user.

If your warranty claim is approved, Cheeky Babies will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the item.
