Our warranty covers any product fault or failure that doesn't involve human error, misuse, or failure to follow handling instructions.

Protection includes:

• The product arriving damaged or defective. This includes faults with manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Failure of the product due to improper use (failure to follow usage instructions).
• Failure or damage caused by incorrect set-up of the product or incorrect power supply.
• Any failure or damage caused by dropping, impact, or water damage.
• Any scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user.

If your warranty claim is approved, Cheeky Babies will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the item.

We will provide you with a return label to be attached to your securely packed item.
