RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cheeky Babies , we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process as outlined below.

RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in new condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and tags
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We only accept returns for new products. Items that have been used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.

RETURN METHOD

All returns must be sent by mail.

A return label will be included in the package or provided by our customer support team once the return request has been approved.

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
